Most of the apparel are made to order by our trusted print partners. This means that if you order more than one item, it is likely they will come in separate packages. Most of our items are printed and shipped from the U.S.
Please allow 1 to 7 days for production and 3 to 5 days for shipping within the US, and up to 30 days for international destinations.

We accept returns only if you wish to change the size. We continue to offer FREE replacements or FULL refunds for damaged or lost items.

• Cleaning: Gently spot clean with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid machine washing or harsh scrubbing to preserve the DTG print.

• Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.

• Ironing: If necessary, iron on a low-heat setting from the back side of the fabric. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.

• Hanging: The included wooden dowel and twine make it easy to hang right out of the package. Ensure it’s hung indoors or in a sheltered space for longest life.

• Storage: Store flat or rolled loosely to prevent creasing.
