Most of the apparel are made to order by our trusted print partners. This means that if you order more than one item, it is likely they will come in separate packages. Most of our items are printed and shipped from the U.S.
Please allow 1 to 7 days for production and 3 to 5 days for shipping within the US, and up to 30 days for international destinations.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the transparent material used and the handcrafted process of each item, slight marks such as fingerprints may appear on the surface. These do not affect the product’s quality or durability.

• Wipe the bag gently with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, smudges, or fingerprints.
• For deeper cleaning, use mild soap diluted in water and wipe with a soft cloth, then dry with a clean towel.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the material or printed designs.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use, as prolonged exposure may cause discoloration or warping.
• Keep the bag away from sharp objects to prevent scratches on the clear TPU surface.
• Do not fold or compress the bag for long periods to maintain its shape.
• Avoid overloading the bag with heavy items to preserve the seams and structure.
• Handle with clean hands, as fingerprints or slight smudges may appear due to the transparent finish. These are normal and do not affect durability.
• Keep away from extreme heat sources (e.g., heaters, car dashboards in hot weather) to prevent material softening.
