Cross the Parapet — Fourth Wing Edition of Monopoly and We Are Ready to Ride
THANH VY VUONGShare
Hello, lovely riders 🐉
We have news that is going to make your game nights significantly more chaotic, your bookshelves significantly more interesting, and your fellow Empyrean fans significantly more dangerous to play against.
Hasbro has officially announced two Fourth Wing editions of Monopoly — and yes, we mean that Monopoly. The one that ends friendships. The one that turns quiet evenings into hours-long negotiations and dramatic table moments.
Now imagine all of that — but in Navarre. With dragons. And Violet Sorrengail's life on the line. We'll give you a moment. 🎲
🏰 Two Games, One Universe
Hasbro has partnered with Yarros Ink to release not one but two tabletop games inspired by the Empyrean series — each offering a different way to experience Navarre depending on your game night energy.
🐲 Monopoly Fourth Wing Edition (Classic Board Game)
This is the full experience. Players bond with one of seven dragons and travel together through their first year as a cadet at Basgiath War College, claiming iconic locations — including the Parapet, the Gauntlet, Violet's Room, and Aretia.

Players use Outposts and Strongholds to lay claim over locations, training every day to defeat opponents and earning as many Blades as possible. The last rider with Blades at the end wins. The Dragon Rider's Codex and Book of Brennan also make an appearance - because even in board game form, the lore of Navarre refuses to stay on the shelf.
This edition plays up to six riders and is made for fans who want the full, immersive Basgiath War College experience. The politics, the strategy, the alliances, the inevitable betrayals — it's all here. The only difference is that you decide who survives.
⚡ Monopoly Deal: Fourth Wing Edition (Card Game)
For the rider who wants the chaos of Monopoly in a faster, fiercer format — the Monopoly Deal Fourth Wing Edition is an officially licensed card game where players choose a signet card, each with a unique special ability such as shadow wielding or mending.
Locations include Aretia, Raegan's House, the Healer Quadrant, and more — and the first rider to protect three complete sets of property cards wins.
This one is made for book club evenings that want a little extra magic, quick game nights, or any situation where you need to swiftly determine which of your friends would actually survive the Riders Quadrant. The answer is probably none of them. But it will be enormously entertaining to find out.
(Oh, and Rebecca Yarros has officially started writing Book 4 — so there is plenty more Navarre on the horizon to celebrate. 🐉)
🎮 Who Is This For?
Honestly? Everyone who has ever read Fourth Wing and immediately wanted to live inside it.
The board game is for the fan who has re-read the series, can name every dragon, and absolutely will use shadow wielding to win. The card game is for the reader who wants something they can pull out at a moment's notice — a birthday gift, a book club game, a way to introduce a new reader to the Empyrean world through gameplay before handing them the book.
Both editions are the kind of thing that lives on a shelf and immediately starts a conversation.
